Happiness

It’s been said that ‘happiness is no laughing matter’ but must we really take it so seriously? Or does it come automatically when we understand, as Ken Dodd puts it, that happiness is a frame of mind?

Neville Hodgkinson is an author and journalist who started writing about happiness more than 30 years ago whilst working as medical correspondent of the Daily Mail. He was quite miserable at the time but has since learned that ‘When you go to measuring a man’s success, don’t count money – count happiness!’
