"Happiness is as a butterfly which, when pursued, is always beyond our grasp, but which if you will sit down quietly, may alight upon you.” Nathaniel Hawthorne
Like the alchemist stone, the search for the elixir of happiness has continued to occupy the attentions of religion, science, psychology, anthropology, and each one of us personally. On the surface it appears that in terms of happiness, one man’s meat may indeed be another’s poison. However, as human beings, and further, as spiritual beings, surely our similarities are greater than our differences and so there must be some common factors constituting a life of happiness.
What are these ‘secret’ factors? Why do some people seem naturally more positive than others? What beliefs, attitudes, and perceptions do happy people hold? How can we tap into our inner resources of wisdom, hope, love, and joy?
This workshop will enable you to:
Raise your energy levels and protect yourself from negative influences;
- Understand the role of self-awareness in maintaining happiness
- Identify the illusions that trap us in fear, sorrow and anger
- Lighten up, let go, and go with the flow
- Know and live your personal purpose
